Reygee is currently engaged as a Assistant Unit Manager at Pru Life UK after his employment at Executive Operations Specialist for Teleperformance. Atty. Reygee graduated Cum Laude for Bachelor of Secondary Education and studied Bachelor of Sacred Theology in University of Sto. Tomas. With core competencies in legal research, document drafting, contract review, client relations, conflict management, negotiation, proofreading, editing, teaching and public speaking, our partner brings a unique perspective to the table. We are proud to have such a versatile and accomplished individual as part of our team.

Introducing our law partner with a comprehensive background in finance and accounting. With his five-year experience as an Accountant at MERALCO, he has proven his expertise in analyzing business processes, and preparing reports for internal and external reporting. Atty. Joshua was an Accounting Instructor at Baliwag Polytechnic College and Marian College of Baliwag following his stint as Accountant for BDO and a Junior Auditor at Tardecella Verdolago & Company CPA’s, where he created client-focused audit strategies, and performed a detailed review of the work of associates. Moreover, he graduated Cum Laude from his undergraduate studies and holds a Certified Public Accountant License. Currently, he is the Corporate Treasurer for P.O.V Security Agency, Inc. His extensive experience and knowledge in finance and accounting make him a valuable asset to our law firm and to our clients.

Introducing our law partner who has a solid background as a Certified Public Accountant more especially as a BIR Accredited Tax Practitioner. Atty. Reyward is currently the Senior Associate II at Uy, Nicolasora and Associates, Co. since April 2015, where he manages clients' accounting systems, provides tax expertise, and handles special engagements such as SEC amendments, Corporation set-up, and LGU permits. He also oversees teams of accountants, and prior to this, he worked as a Junior Associate in the same company for two years. His extensive experience in handling various accounting and tax-related cases, such as BIR audit examinations, real property and stock sales, and drafting audit reports, makes him an asset to our law firm. We are proud to have him as part of our team.

Meet our Managing Partner, a Certified Public Accountant with 9 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Atty. Wed began his career as an Associate Auditor at Roraldo, Gatdula, Pestaño & Co. and then progressed to become an Assistant Financial Manager for Universal Robina Corp, where he gained a deep understanding of financial management and reporting. He currently serves as a Controller for an international luxury retail company, where he oversees financial operations, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with local and international financial regulations. With a wealth of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and management, Atty. Wed brings a unique perspective to our law firm, where he works closely with our clients on complex financial and legal matters. His expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and auditing is a valuable asset to our team, and he is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.
